    Many cards indicate the dish is Rosella Mathieu's own recipe.
    The recipe card index indicates there are 51 recipes However, there is no #2 in the index.

    A word about Rosella Mathieu:
    Herbalist and centenarian Rosella Mathieu died  June 2, 2008, two months shy of her 102nd birthday. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on July 24, 1906,
    In 1951, she published the book, "The Herb Grower's Complete Guide," which outlined uses of herbs, including cooking, potpourri and aroma therapy.
    For her work with herbs, Rosella Mathieu was named the official herbalist for former Ohio Gov. Bob Taft, and received honors from the International Herb Association and the
    Herb Society of America.
