    Commemorating the
    “WinnGalleries” SEATTLE

    The original piece from which this Off-Set Lithograph was reproduced was an immense 108” x 60” Acrylic on canvas, painted by Ms. Hopper in 1980.  It was  called
    APRICOT SUMMER
    and is now part of a private collection.  It was selected to commemorate the WinnGalleries in Seattle.
    The completed size of this print measures approximately 24” x 36 with an image area of approximately 21” x 29”.
    The print was produced using off-set lithography, a mechanical process that utilizes four colors (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) on a printing press.   This poster has long been out of print it is a special offering by Mandarin Books Hawaii, our last one.
    Almost illusive in it subtleness,
    APRICOT SUMMER
    by Pegge Hopper is the perfect reflection of a pensive pastel moment   NOTE: For those privileged with access to one of Ms. Hopper's 1st Edition, 1985 book, WOMEN OF HAWAII, this print is featured on page 44. What a delight to own an image that was a special choice for a publication.so many years ago and remains today every bit as desirable.
